Residence Le Motte located in Castello di Godego, Treviso, offers the possibility to rent single or double bedroom apartments for a peaceful stay.

The apartments at Le Motte are fully furnished and equipped with all accessories and linen, so you can be completely independent if you wish. They are also designed with your comfort in mind: quiet, spacious and bright is the theme in all our apartments.

The residence is situated in quiet and restful surroundings, and has 24 apartments, designed to maximise savings in energy and water resources.

Each of the ground-floor apartments has its own private outdoor space with table, chairs and sun umbrella, perfect for relaxing in the open air.

The first-floor apartments are ideal for customers who want more privacy, but also have access to the various communal areas in the residence.

The residence’s apartments are ideal for enjoying a relaxing and pleasant stay. Le Motte offers a quiet and comfortable setting. It is convenient because it is well connected to the main roads (the best thing is to have a car available for move with the utmost freedom). We accept pets (up to 20kg in weight).

This helps reduce our consumption costs, and so helps keep our prices low for our customers.

One-room apartments and two-room apartments

ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS

One-room apartments at Residence "Le Motte" are designed to cater for the needs of 1 or 2 guests, combining functionality, comfort and style.

Each one-room apartment features a living-room space with sofa, open-plan kitchen and double bed in an uncluttered modern layout.

Services and interior furnishings are the same as in the larger apartments. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin with large wall mirror, bidet, towel warmer and washing machine.

All the windows have lovely views across the gardens of the residence and the peaceful surrounding countryside.

FACILITIES: Fully-equipped kitchen, electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher. 37" LCD TV with digital cable channels, high-speed internet access with ADSL WiFi. Individually adjustable air-conditioning.

PARKING: Private on-site parking.

SERVICES: Apartment cleaned weekly, including change of bedlinen and towels.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS

The two-room apartments at Residence "Le Motte" combine a relaxed and homely feel with modern elegance and vitality - in each one a spacious living room with sofa adjoining an open-plan kitchen welcomes you in.

These apartments also have a double bedroom and spacious bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin with large wall mirror, bidet, towel warmer and washing machine.
They can comfortably accommodate two or more guests.

Some two-room apartments are loft-style suites, built on two levels and distinguished by their spacious layout and architectural features - rustic details such as exposed beams combine with post-modern design elements.

SAVING ENERGY
Hot water is supplied by a solar-powered heating installation, which eliminates all carbon dioxide emissions resulting from use of a gas boiler for heating water.

The installation also has a thermostatic mixer, which enables it to maintain a constant water temperature of 40°C.

Our air-conditioning system uses the latest technology to achieve reduced energy consumption, and window sensors to prevent energy wastage.

At Residence "Le Motte" we also contribute to saving energy by using energy-saving bulbs in apartment ceiling lights, wall lamps and bedside lamps, and our washing machines are all A+-rated.

SAVING WATER
At Le Motte, we save water in several ways.

Most important is the use of a 'grey water' phyto-purification installation, which recycles 'grey' waste water for various uses such as exterior cleaning, toilet flushing and garden irrigation.

RECYCLING COLLECTION
Residence "Le Motte" has various containers for disposing of different types of recyclable waste. All customers are asked to deposit recyclable materials in the appropriate containers for collection.
